Sizing & fit

How do I pick the right harness size?
Weigh your dog: S (up to ~15kg — Terriers, Spaniels), M (15–30kg — Collies, Staffies), L (30kg+ — Labs, Retrievers, GSDs). Between sizes? Size up — the straps adjust down.

How do I size the Grip Socks?
Measure the widest part of the front paw, claws included, and check the chart on the product page. Five sizes XS–XL.

What if it doesn't fit?
We'll exchange sizes free — just message us. Exchange first, refund if the second size doesn't work either.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery on orders over £40 (£4.99 below). Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 8–14 working days — we'll email tracking as soon as it ships. Easy Steps arrive faster (4–6 working days, from our UK warehouse).

Do you ship outside the UK?
We're UK-only right now — join the email list on the homepage to hear when we expand.

Products

Will the harness hold a large dog?
Yes — reinforced stitching and wide load-bearing straps are built for large breeds. Lift gradually and let your dog set the pace.

Is the harness suitable after surgery?
It's widely used for post-op support — follow your vet's guidance on when and how much to assist.

Will my dog actually keep the socks on?
Most dogs do a funny walk for ten minutes, then forget about them. Take them off for sleep and outdoor walks.
