Timing: orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 8–14 working days — we ship via our fulfilment partners and we'd rather be honest about timing than surprise you. Easy Steps arrive faster: typically 4–6 working days.
Tracking: every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email at dispatch. If tracking hasn't moved for 5+ working days, email us and we'll chase it.
Wrong or damaged item: photo + order number to hello@steadypaws.store and we'll send a replacement — you don't need to post anything back.
