Your rights as a consumer

14-day cancellation right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund. To cancel, email us at hello@steadypaws.store with your order number. Our voluntary Steady Promise extends this to 30 days.

Faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair/replacement thereafter.

Complaints. Email hello@steadypaws.store — we respond within one working day. If we can't resolve a dispute, you may contact your local Citizens Advice consumer service.
