UK delivery: FREE on orders over £40, £4.99 below. Steadypaws Easy Steps always ship free.

Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Delivery time: typically 8–14 working days from dispatch (Easy Steps: 4–6 working days from our UK warehouse). We ship via our fulfilment partners and would rather be upfront about timing than surprise you at the door.

Tracking: every order is tracked — you'll receive a tracking link by email at dispatch. If tracking hasn't moved for 5+ working days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Lost parcels: if an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Shipping area: United Kingdom only at present.
