Refund policy

The Steady Promise — 30-day guarantee

Every Steadypaws order comes with 30 days to try it properly, starting the day it arrives. If it doesn't make life easier for you and your dog, we'll make it right.

Exchanges (most common): Wrong size? We'll exchange it free. Email hello@steadypaws.store with your order number and your dog's weight/paw measurement and we'll send the right size out.

Refunds: Want a refund instead? Email us within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. In many cases you won't need to post anything back — we'll tell you either way when you contact us.

Damaged or wrong items: Send a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement straight away — no return needed.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
